Meet Cryptzone at the CSA Boston Chapter, AFCEA Defensive Cyber Operations Showcase
What does the software-defined perimeter, Web accessibility and third- party access controls have in common? Cryptzone. Over the next two weeks meet with Cryptzone at AFCEA Defensive Cyber Operations Showcase, the reinstated Cloud Security Alliance, Boston Chapter and a LIFARS CISO event.
Here is what we have in store for you at each.
AFCEA Defensive Cyber Operations Symposium
Location: Washington, DC, USA
Date: April 20-22, 2016

During 2015, the U.S. Defense Information Systems Agency’s operational role in the cyber domain as network defender created a formal relationship between DISA, U.S. Cyber Command and the command’s military service components. A little more than one year later, Defensive Cyber Operations remain vital to the Department’s many missions. The networks within DOD must be adaptive, resilient, and effective across a range of uses and against diverse threats. Leveraging technology, promoting agile acquisition, and building new processes and procedures are all solution areas to be discussed at the 2016 Symposium through a mix of plenary addresses, panel sessions, and training tracks in engagement theaters.
At Booth 617, Cryptzone will discuss its premiere security solutions, Security Sheriff™ and AppGate®, recently recognized by Cyber Defense Magazine as winners in two categories of the 2016 Cyber Defense Awards: The Most Innovative Data Leakage Prevention Solution (Security Sheriff) and The Cutting Edge Solution for Access Control (AppGate).
With deep experience providing U.S. and international government entities with dynamic, context-aware network, application and content security solutions, Cryptzone enables agencies to keep networks, applications and data secure in accordance with regulatory guidelines. Cryptzone offers solutions to secure access to networks and applications that store sensitive constituent and agency information, and control how that content can be shared and distributed, while providing an audit trail.
Cloud Security Alliance, Boston Chapter
Location: Cambridge Innovation Center
Date: April 27, 2016

The Cloud Security Alliance Summit at RSA this year enjoyed record attendance. Looking around the country and the rest of the world, over 75 local CSA chapters are thriving, enabling enterprises and vendors to get together to share and promote best practices for securing cloud computing. We’re looking forward to a similar level of excitement here in Boston, the hub of information security.
This meeting will introduce the Boston chapter, and feature a conversation about the CSA’s Software-Defined Perimeter architecture – providing secure, efficient, dynamic access control for cloud environments. This session, led by Jason Garbis, VP Products at Cryptzone, will focus on the key architectural concepts, and why you should consider adopting them. You’ll want to join this discussion about how to think anew about network access control.
Join us on April 27th at the Cambridge Innovation Center at 6:00PM to meet and engage with your peers in the local CSA community!
